It's probably obvious who got this for him, since it will arrive at the same time and wrapped in the same style as a gift for Turo that is very clearly playing off of one of Chris' favorite insults to throw at him... and it's addressed to him in Chris' handwriting.
Which begs the question: why the handcuff mug? Is it because he's a cop at home? Or is it because they read that one memory of his wife his player told Shiny about a while back? Or dome other embarrassing incident involving handcuffs? He knows that they've probably read at least some of his most embarrassing secrets by now, so... they will never clarify.
